**Responsibilities**:
01) Open and close gate when necessary and traffic control when necessary.
02) Checked staff, workers, supplier & customers at the entrance (Main gate).
03) Register and record the data of suppliers & customer in VMS system.
04) Checked all vehicles and pick-up/delivery trucks during enter or leaving the factory.
05) Make sure contractor, supplier, visitor and customer are not allowed to bring the hand phone and other electronic devise inside the factories.
06) Keep the electronic device under CCTV to prevent any stolen cases.
07) Verify the seal on the container (latex tanker), must be same as issued in the Delivery note (DN).
08) Do security and safety report one in an hour and do clocking at related points.
09) Continuously update clocking logbook and update the security logbook.
10) Monitor worker’s movement going in and out during rest time.
11) Do inspection to all staff/ workers going in and out of the factory.
12) Ensure all the staff/workers doing the duties according to the company's laws.
13) Ensure the Guard Post/Room and its area are always in good and clean condition.
14) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.
15) The scope of authority shall refer to the selected work process procedure/ instruction.

**Job Requirements**
02) Good command of English & Malay (spoken and written).
03) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
04) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
