Interrelations- Position reports to the IHM Project Coordinator/Manager unless otherwise agreed for special missions and projects.- Interrelates with IHM Maintenance team members.- Interrelates with external bodies, clients, suppliers, and technical management companies, as appropriate.- Interrelates with GPS department and its support team.- To be Well-versed with regulations governing the international maritime industry.- To be well-versed with Classification Societies compliance requirements.

Main Responsibilities- Coordinate IHM Maintenance documentation (SDOC / MD Class Forms)- Collate and distribute IHM Maintenance verification and updates to Owners / Vessels / Masters & Classification Societies.- Carry out IHM Maintenance projects as assigned by IHM Project Coordinator/Manager.- Provides feedback for process improvement in relation to IHM Maintenance activities within WSM.- Able to identify trends and recommends proactive solutions to manage IHM Maintenance business situations.- Matters related to the preparation and execution of IHM Maintenance.- Liaison with owners’ representative / class society representative / vendors during IHM Maintenance reviews.- Liaison with Experts to collate and upload MD/SDOC in IHM Library.- Review & identify changes for VSCP’s / SDOC / MD Class Forms for submission to Class / Client.- Collate IHM Maintenance verification documentation according to MEPC 269(68) guidelines (EU SRR)- Collation of Project’s vessel documentation.

Accountabilities- Operational performance as identified annually.- Personal health and safety awareness.- Inter client relations.- Achievement of annual targets defined by IHM Maintenance department.- Distribution of 3-monthly IHM Maintenance project status reporting- IHM maintenance Coordinator/Manager-
- Finance / Accounts**Qualifications**:
Mandatory Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marine Engineering.- Knowledge of ship management / ship operations.- Experience of technical or operational work experience in the maritime industry.- International experience and knowledge of the maritime industry- Supplementary education in vessel inspections / audits is advantageous.- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.- Excellent interpersonal skills.- Ability to handle high volume workload.- Strong environmental commitment.
