IT Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Break/Fix, Disassembly/re-assembly, Troubleshooting
- Delivers upgrades and conversions including replacement of component parts e.g. keyboards, monitors, disks etc.
- Escalate calls within given time guidelines.
- Process paperwork relevant to customer problems/upgrades.
- Fault diagnosis, basic troubleshooting and ensure effective repair of the following Dell products: Basic Storage (EQL & MD3xxx),Desktops/ notebooks / tablets/ printers, Servers, Switches etc

**Requirements**:

- 0.5-2 years experience
- Able to follow instructions from senior team member or Dell PM
- Familiar with most technology products
- Proven ability to handle all technology products in the capacity of material handling, labeling, connecting/disconnecting cables and equipment, moves, disposals, box and un-box, as well as, other related activities
- Basic general enterprise knowledge and basic knowledge on the Dell enterprise product portfolio. And continues to develop skills aligned with the Dell service portfolio
- Fresh graduates from IT background are welcomed to apply.

**Remuneration**

RM2,000 - RM3,000

**Consultants in Charge**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
