**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible for all payment transactions, operating the scanners, cash registers and other electronic devices.
- Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information.
- Keep reports of transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage the check-out area and ensure each counter remains clean and efficiently run.
- Accept payments and return the correct change due as necessary for cash payments, processing refunds and exchange.

**Requirements**:

- Basic Maths.
- Written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong customer service skills
- Helpful, courteous approach and resolve complaints.
- Multi-tasking

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Maternity leave

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
