**CES/AWS has an immediate opening for a **Bi-lingual Raw Material Planner** in the Kuala **Lumpur, Malaysia** area for an International Energy Drink company**:
**Location: remote in Kuala Lumpur, 55100, MYS**
**Shift: DAY**
**Start: Immediate**

The Raw Material Planner is responsible for efficiently planning raw materials to support sales objectives. This includes generating purchase orders, maintaining inventory levels, monitoring supply orders, and ensuring timely fulfillment. The role involves using planning software and tools to create supply plans, communicate with vendors, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan raw materials for production on a weekly/monthly/annual basis and place purchase orders accordingly.
- Communicate shipping instructions to the international logistics team and ensure orders are picked up and delivered on time.
- Confirm purchase orders with local vendors, including details like delivery dates and quantities.
- Build relationships with vendors and cross-functional team members.
- Monitor for potential stock-outs due to delivery delays and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Control inventory in production and sales, including maintaining digital and physical files of proof of delivery (POD).
- Process orders, create shipping documents, and expedite purchase orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with warehouse operators to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Conduct periodic stock-takes and reconcile variances, inputting data for various warehouse locations.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations for shipping documents and maintain organized storage areas.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation of finished goods, raw materials, and promotional items between suppliers, manufacturers, and customers.
- Manage inventory record-keeping and reporting from all stocking locations.
- Enter data in SAP, including sales orders and stock transfers, to support demand fulfillment.
- Monitor customer inventory levels and depletion with the planning team's support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Planning, or Supply Chain.
- Over 5 years of experience in Sales and Operations with demand forecasting and machine capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ERP software, preferably SAP, and a strong understanding of MRP and S&OP.
- **Fluent in English.**
