**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for QS operation of projects related to QS task, prepare & monitor bills of quantities (BQ), material sourcing, cost estimation, evaluation of V.O claims & etc.
- Liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and related other parties involved in the project.
- Ensure all the project budget and construction costs and variation orders are controlled with the budget.
- Ensure operational work processes and documentations are in compliance with the company's management system.
- Work closely with external QS, contractors and project team
- Provide advice to the Management on quantity surveying matter
- To undertake other ad-hoc assignments as required from time to time by the management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Male
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveyor
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Building works /I.D. / Architectural
- Fresh graduated are welcome.
- Independent, good interpersonal, communication with analytical problem, solving skills, self-motivated person, result-oriented and a team player
- Applicants ideally able to converse in verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literacy

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month
