**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform phlebotomy procedures as per company established SOP to ensure optimal quality and quantity of samples.
- Ensure samples are delivered to laboratory according to company established logistics arrangements in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure clinical waste are handled according to company’s biological waste guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness of facilities for phlebotomy or other bodily specimen collection.
- Provide good customer service to all stakeholders including patients, clinicians or requesters.
- Perform billing, payment collection and compilation to laboratory and finance department if applicable.
- Subject to service requirement, perform phlebotomy service out of office, such as at client’s clinic, wards and public area.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma in Nursing is prioritised, other qualification in lab/medical related fields with phlebotomy training/certificate are also welcomed to apply.
- Any experience in phlebotomy is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide good customer service to a variety of stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and billing.
- Willing to work flexible hours (early or late shifts)

Location in Butterworth, Penang.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
