The PMO - MEX is responsible to be the leading overall site CIP site performance management review to ensure site deliverables are achieved. Implement improvement projects or initiatives leveraging the JJPS methodology as a site JJPS change agent.
This position is responsible for:
1. Lead site CIP and site performance management review
- Lead overall site CIP governance through tracking and reviewing action plans and follow up on action items from respective project owners or leads to ensure site CIP KPIs are achieved
- Risk mitigation for projects that have risk in delay or unable to deliver full savings
- Report to regional on JJMY site CIP monthly performance
- Organize C+6 and C+7 site performance reviews to track overall site performance and follow up with previous month’s action items
2. JJPS
- Implement and execute projects leveraging JJPS methodology
- Lead “Implement” Phase during JJPS and provide support to both existing as well as new JJPS core team members
- Identify and develop new JJPS change agents
3. Trade Customization
- Implement and execute trade customization projects to bring in-house external manufacturing operations for overall cost optimization
- Find opportunities leveraging best case or proven practices from J&J Affiliates and Originating Company as well as market demands to implement trade customization projects
4. Innovation / SPIGIT
- Drive site innovation through leveraging best case or proven practices from J&J Affiliates and Originating Company which can be adopted in JJMY
- Lead initiatives to promote innovation or innovative ideas from JJMY employees to implement for the site
- Record and publish JJMY site innovation ideas to region as well as global
Strong benchmark acumen, ability to connect with the network to learn and leverage when appropriate. Leads the deployment of best practices in the area of learning and development, providing for a regimented program to develop the skills. Collaborate with functional excellence teams to ensure a holistic approach with balanced focus between building functional expertise and E2E capabilities.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience with production or operations
- Work with a planning organization or having planning experience
- Experience and exposure to external stakeholders (regulatory agencies, community relationships)
- Demonstrate an understanding of the business and commercial priorities
- Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate others toward a common goal or vision, particularly when leading through other leaders
- Experience in Lean and Change management
- Experience in Project Management
