Chief Mechanic

Manage all maintenance, repairs and parts replacement operations of the dealership. - Oversee the work of mechanics and ensure that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. - Develop and implement effective service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. - Manage the service department budget and finances to ensure profitability. - Monitor and analyse service data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Work closely with the after-sales manager to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations. - Continuously improve service skills through training and development opportunities. Job Requirements - SPM/SPMV SKM certificate with minimum 3 years working experience in automotive field. - Good communication and team building skills. - Good knowledge/skill in troubleshooting car repair. - Possess valid driving license. - Customer friendly with good personal appearance. - Able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment.
