Public Relations Executive

Building, managing, and maintaining the business’s positive image and public perception of the company brand through press release preparation, social media postings, website content and updates, speech preparation, event management, and special feature writing assignments.
- Managing communication between the company and its investors through developing investors' pitch decks, facilitating financial analyst activities, writing disclosure & stock exchange, creating and preparing the company’s data, programs, and sustainability annual reports
- Designing persuasive and compelling stories for targeted markets and selecting the most effective channels to inform, educate, promote, and influence the public behaviour’s that builds a lasting relationship and impression with them.
- To ensure accurate, timely and effective communications to internal and external stakeholders.
- To manage QGB Social Media platforms, ensuring posts are relevant, informative, timely, accurate and engaging.
- To plan and execute Corporate Responsibility (CR) initiatives in line with QGB’s aim to contribute to the underserved and underprivileged.
- Plan and execute effective PR & Media campaigns.
- Draft, edit, translate and manage written communication materials (Press Release, Speeches, Letters, Reports, Branding & Marketing Materials, Annual Report, etc.)
- Edit and manage Social Media postings, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Manage and execute CR initiatives.
- Manage donations requests objectively.
- Ensure effective vendor management for annual report, CR and media management.
- Develop partnership with stakeholders internally and externally, fostering teamwork for greater productivity.
- Assume responsibility of other relevant tasks as assigned from time to time in support of HOD.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Public Relations: 1 year (preferred)
