Responsible to ensure the efficient arrival and departure of all guests. Ensuring consistency in service delivery
- Stay current with developments and procedures in the hotel by attending daily Front Office briefings and reviewing the Front Office communications board regularly and be efficient in promotions
- Provide quality service with co-workers, to guest’s by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the stay
- Arrange fulfilment of guest services by working with Reception, Guest Relations Officer, Housekeeping, Reservations and Room Service

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM / Diploma a recognized hospitality or have gained 1 year of Front Desk experience in the hotel industry
- The ability to ensure that information is passed on to others who should be kept informed
- The ability to notice, interpret and anticipate guest’s concerns and feelings, and to communicate this awareness empathetically to others
