**Position Summary**:
You would be required to work varying shifts throughout the week and weekend to help with the business / operational needs of Office and Staff Facilities. Shall any issues arise during your shift it must be reported to Human Resources Department.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Vacuuming, cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping and polishing all public areas, tables, offices, and store room as directed by Housekeeping Manager and HR Manager
- Stock and sort supplies
- Emptying trash containers
- Cleaning Staff Canteen
- Cleaning Staff Washroom and Toilets
- Ensure security and privacy of employees
- Following guidelines and policies to ensure highest level of cleaning service provided for the employees and stakeholders.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Updating HR Department on any discrepancies and progress of your cleaning
- Ensure a proper handover is conducted for the following shift
- Flexible work hours and weekend shifts will be required (possible overnight shifts)

**Desired Qualifications**:

- **High School Cert (SPM / STPM).**:

- **1 year of previous Public Area / Office Cleaning experience preferred**:

- Excellent moral, team building skills with a pro-active work approach
- Ability to learn on the job and maintain a well-presented appearance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, English is a must, additional languages are advantages
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, manage time and able to work without supervision
- **Office and Employees' Facilities Cleaning Experience required.**:

- **Immediate Started Required.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 per month
