Puchong, Malaysia 8 Cent (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Full time

**Job Scope**:

- Bookkeeping.
- Create project accounts in the accounting system.
- Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
- Review account totals related to project assets and expenses.
- Approve the write-off of any project-related billings that cannot be billed to or collected from customers.
- Closeout project accounts upon project completion.
- Create and submit government reports and tax returns related to projects.
- Compile information for internal and external auditors as required.
- Banking Task (Bank in a cheque, submit document, print statement &, etc).
- Documentation, like EPF, SOCSO, and Tax.
- Assist CFO and Project Manager in daily task.

**Job Requirements**:

- Must good knowledge in laws.
- Having experience with accounting software would be an advantage.
- Training provided.
- Good speaking and writing in Chinese and English.
- Duration of 3 months or 6 months.
- Work 5 days/week.
- Female only.
