**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle policy amendments, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations promptly and accurately.
- Maintain meticulous records of all policy transactions and update relevant databases.
- Provide timely and professional assistance to policyholders regarding inquiries, billing, claims, and other service-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all policy processing activities.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in insurance policy processing or related administrative role is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with insurance policy management systems/software is desirable.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
