IT Internship

**Job Descriptions**:
**Communications**
- Handle data and voice communication devices and infrastructures.
- Administer local area network and Firewall.
- Perform daily system health check for all data and voice communication equipment.
- Standby for all critical communication issues.

**Microsoft Server Technologies (MST)**
- Interact with Servers, Networking, Application, Security, and various groups within Information Technology.
- Perform day-to-day support for the server environment.
- Maintain system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning.
- Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.

**Security Operations**
- Perform incident response investigation and triage to security incident.
- Administer, manage, and provide remedial service for IT security systems and services (Managed Security Services, WAF, Antivirus, encryption, and APT).
- Participate in documentation process: Incident report, capacity planning, and procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

- Willing to work at Wisma Genting (KL) and fully work from the office.
- Internship period must be 4 months and above.
- Possess a CGPA of 3.0 and above.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
