**QA TECHNICIAN**

**Incoming**

1. To monitor incoming inspection conducted by Quality Inpector QA.

2. To ensure Q.I record qty & type of defect into defect mapping.

3. To issue DCRS to supplier in case of Quality item.

4. To call supplier for discussion on quality nonconformance.

5. To evaluate incoming sample from supplier for new change for approval.

6. To prepare, analize & take action from monthly data rejection.

7. To monitor weekly rejection in receiving area.

8. To ensure display defect sample at incoming working area.

9. To communicate with next process on type of defect found during incoming inspection.

10. To issue SRN to supplier for reject parts. Make sure 1 Copy for account department

11. To follow up supplier to reply DCRS report using 8D Report.

12. To ensure Team member follow SOP/SIP & use equipment provide to them.

13. To distribute info from Head of department to shopfloor on customer requirement

14. To ensure cleanliness of work area.

**Outgoing**

1. To monitor daily outgoing work.

2. To confirm quality part of outgoing such as (Qty, Label,Kanban, Packaging & Quality)

3. To prepare, analize & take action from monthly data rejection.

4. To highlight any non-conformance issue during final inspection to related department.

5. To ensure Q.I Record qty rejection into QA Outgoing Checksheet

6. To communicate to previous process defect found during outgoing checking inorder to stop defect outflow to customer.

7. To measure data as per PIS requirement & submit report to customer.

8. To ensure cleanliness of work area.

**Internal Issues**

1. To have a discussion with related department.

2. To issue quarantine of nonconforming good

3. To assist QA Technical Assistant/Executive on Quality and Process Improvement.

4. During his/her absent QA Technical Assistant shall take over his/her responsibility.

5. To assist QA Technical Assistant/Executive in customer complaint.

6. To attend adhoc meeting at customer place regarding the quality issues.

7. To laisse with customer regarding the quality issues.

8. To monitor sorting/rework activity for customer complaint/internal issues.

9. To follow daily instruction given.

10. To make sure that the jigs in good condition.

a) To prepare annual calibration schedule

b) To make sure the renew date of jigs followed the calibration schedule.

c) To report to Technical Assistant/Executive if there any damages occurred.

11. Make a review of the latest amendments to the external standard manual (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 ,PPA, APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA).

12. To assist or replace Technical Assistant during DEFCOM/QFM activities briefing

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
