Responsible for developing/modify new and existing PCBA process to improve yield and output
- Trouble shoot all SMT machine and reflow related problem to sustain or improve yield, quality and productivity
- Configure and set up on SMT equipment, printed circuit assembly (solder paste printer, 3D SPI, pick & place machine, reflow oven, 3D AOI), line debugging.
- Provide support for carrying out process capabilities studies (CPK) on all existing or new process/machine and formulated plan to improve capabilities
- Responsible for maintenance of the SMT and reflow software and hardware
- Documents and maintain all software archive in server
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirement:

- Diploma / Professional Certificate in electrical or mechanical engineering.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
