**Job Title**: Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time at Raya Promotion Booth / Full-Time at Boutique (Omar Ali)

**Location**: Plaza Shah Alam, Shah Alam

**Duration**: 7th March 2024 to 9th April 2024 / Extended if working Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product information and advice to customers.
- Assist customers with fitting and selections of Raya attire.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and handle cash and card payments.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the team.
- Maintain the appearance and visual standards of the booth.
- Restock products as needed to ensure availability.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns or queries promptly.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet booth objectives.
- Report to the Booth Manager with daily sales figures and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Flexible availability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
- A friendly, engaging, and energetic personality.
- Knowledge of traditional Raya attire is a plus.

**Employment Type**: Temporary (Part-Time) or Permanent (Full-Time)

**Hours**: 10am - 10pm, or rotational shifts

**Pay**: RM1,500 + Overtime & Commission

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Retail: 1 year (required)
