**Responsibilities**:
1. To explain with clients regarding company Product (lesen perniagaan digital).
2. To answer simple questions regarding company Product (lesen perniagaan digital).
3. To record and escalate any issue regarding company Product (lesen perniagaan digital) to Support Center in Redmine.
4. To assist client in collecting installation details, and registration of company Product (lesen perniagaan digital).
5. To do any task assigned by the company.
**Job requirements**:
1. Possess at least in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
2. At least 1 year's experience as a Helpdesk.
3. Fluent in speaking and writing in Bahasa Melayu and English.
4. Have basic knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
5. Willing to learn something new.
6. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply.
7. Willing to travel.
8. Posses own transport is an added advantage.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month
