IT Technician

**Responsibilities**:

- Broadband Installation at customer premises.
- Setup and Configure Modem/Router Gateway and Wireless for Internet connection.
- Knowledge in windows operating system (Windows) and Simple Networking LAN / WAN is necessary.
- Required to travel to customer/nodes for onsite support/troubleshooting.
- Familiar with all computer hardware & software will be advantage.
- Experience in cable patching /wiring (Fiber & Copper) will be advantage.
- Excellent service-oriented attitude towards customer.
- Required to handle & resolve customer’s complaint via phone or onsite at customer’s premises.
- Required to assist & maintain existing network Infrastructure with the guidance of the Senior Engineers. May required to attend Site Survey with Seniors for new deployments.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
