As an Executive for Finance and Administrative Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient financial management and administrative operations of our company. Your key responsibilities encompass a range of functions, including:
**Financial Management**:
**1- **Record and manage all company financial transactions, both payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial protocols.

**2- ** Oversee petty cash and other financial aspects related to day-to-day operations.

**3- **Collaborate with accounting agencies to maintain organized financial records.

**Executive Assistance to CEO**:
**4- **Serve as a valuable assistant to the CEO, providing support for various documentation processes and administrative tasks.

**6- ** Follow up on important tasks and provide the necessary assistance required by the CEO.

**Monthly Financial Reporting**:
**7- **Prepare and present monthly financial reports, summarizing the company's financial performance and status.

**8- **Provide financial statistics and performance analytics to guide decision-making.

**Administrative**

**9- **Handling administrative and clerical tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organized records to ensure seamless workflow and optimal client engagement.

**Customer Support for Finance Department**:
**10- **Act as the primary point of contact for customers with finance-related inquiries or issues.

**11- **Offer timely assistance to customers in resolving financial matters and inquiries.

**12- **Document Management and Coordination:
**13- **Ensure all necessary documents are readily available for the accounting agency's needs.

**14- **Maintain organized records for all financial and administrative documentation.

**15- **Your role will be pivotal in maintaining financial stability and operational efficiency. Your ability to provide essential financial and administrative support will contribute significantly to the company's success. Additionally, you will work closely with the CEO to fulfil the company's vision and objectives.

**16- **Any ad-hoc task assigned by your superior from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
