1. Develop and implement company quality control and assurance programmers. 2. Train line leaders and inspectors to carry out routine inspection and monitor programmers. 3. Liaise with production personnel in routine quality issues to seek remedial and root cause corrective actions. 4. Track and coordinate customer complaints and follow up on countermeasures recommended by Production. 5. Generate quality reports and track trends and patterns of product quality. 6. Coordinate and assist in carrying out quality system audits. 7. Prepare daily shipment staff. 8. Follow and implement the Quality, Environmental and safety system of company. 9. Carry out any other job assigned by the immediate superior.
