- Set direction for QA Division.
- Conduct planning and realization of IQA, IPQA, OQA, pre-shipment verification, document control activities to ensure compliance to regulatory, international standards, legislative and customer specifications / requirements.
- Development of QA team through coaching, mentoring and training.
- Determine knowledge necessary for QA team.
- **3. Customer Focus**_
- Translate Customer quality expectation into internal processes.
- Ensure adequate man, machine, method, material & environment (4M1E) while conducting product compliance.
- Effective collaboration with customer to ensure limited risk during new product introduction (NPI) and smooth handover to manufacturing team.
- Prompt response to Quality related queries and feedback.
- **4. Control of Non-conformance**_
- Promote risk communication among employees from various internal processes.
- Alignment of quality acceptance criteria with customers.
- Prevent and control of defect through monitoring of process control and poka-yoke implementation.
- Establish proper containment and mitigation of quality issues.
- **5. Continuous Improvement.**_
- Provide leadership in lean manufacturing and fact-based management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through audit of various kinds and data analysis.

- Promote quality awareness through training.

- Certified internal quality auditor.
