- **Job Description**_
- Participate in every planning and execution of IT projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes and procedures.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.
- Set up workstations, laptops or POS systems and their necessary peripherals or devices.
- Perform regular system maintenance tasks - software updates, system optimization and hardware upgrades.
- Arrange and coordinate the configuration and delivery of new or replacement units of POS terminals to outlets for each roll-out.
- Diagnose hardware, network and operating system issues - collaborating with relevant vendors to ensure speedy resolution
- .Perform warranty claims for hardware issues and request for warranty extension for out of warranty claims.
- Support and collaborate with other IT team members.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- IT: 1 year (preferred)
- POS: 1 year (preferred)
