**Responsibilities**:
Perform repairs, alterations, or restorations to the exterior of motor vehicles on timely and good quality workmanship.
- Examine and assessing the extent of damage to a vehicle and determining the best course of action for repairs.
- Remove damaged panels, parts and removing upholstery and accessories to gain access.
- Remove dents, scratches and other imperfections from vehicle bodywork
- Straighten bent/imperfections panels/chassis using a panel beating hammer, mechanical and hydraulic equipment
- Weld, cut and joins the replacement panels into place
- Mending rusted parts of a vehicle’s bodywork

Using specialized tools and equipment to reshape and smooth out dents/bents panel & chassis and other damage to the body of the vehicle

Remove and assemble the vehicle components according to service manual specifications.

Inspecting repaired vehicles to ensure they meet safety and quality repairs standards

Cooperates and assists other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.

Operating all equipment properly and safely in the manner recommended by manufacturer operating manual.

Wears all required safety and health personal protective equipment such as ear-plug, welding shield etc in the manner recommended by EHS and /or OSHA.

Maintains and upkeeps all tools & equipment are clean and ensure in a proper operating conditions.

Keeps work area clean and safe.

Other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:
Preferably with SKM Certificate/ MLVK in Automotive Engineering or equivalent.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM700.00 - RM850.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to Commute:

- Serendah (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Serendah: Relocate before starting work (required)
