This role reports to the Pastry Chef / Chief Baker
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Adhere to company and kitchen SOP and policies;
- To ensure the quality of products being uphold at all time through production process;
- Knowledgeable in practicing halal-related SOP in F&B industry,
- To ensure the production work being performed and complete on timely manner;
- To assist production chef in production process;
- To maintain high standard of work place cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness;
- To maintain high standard of personal hygiene;
- To assist in any task that assign by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Passion for baking;
- Knowledge of bakery techniques, bakery food items, bakery food preparation, presentation and preservation and bakery equipment;
- Ensuring excellent kitchen cleanliness and hygiene;
- Good communication & organization skills;
- Follow standards and instructions from direct supervisor.

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
