**Objectives of the Position**
- Responsible for the design and development of HR digital technologies, analytics (e.g. workforce analytics) in HR.
- Drive process improvements, automation and digitalization measures which will be rolled out predominantly in the Global initiative in KL Hub for achieving the efficiency target.
**Main Tasks**
**Technoledge Support**:
- Provide HR digitalization services and to develop customized digital solutions to support the transformation of in KL Hub.
- Keep currents on emerging trends/technology and best practices and analyze impacts from HR technology industry trends. Improve the hub’s digital impact by introducing new technologies and exploit their full potential for BASFs business.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement, capture potential future enhancements needed for on-going business needs and coordinate implementation of changes.
- Stakeholder management to influence global directions to match Asia Pacific HR requirements as well as within Asia to manage individual (country) needs to regional solutions, wherever beneficial
**Operational Excellence**:
- Monitor people data and reporting procedures to ensure services delivered by team in accordance with established Service Level Agreement (SLA) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Provide advisory to team on people data enquiries, policy/guidelines clarifications, HR processes, HR systems guides etc. in Asia Pacific context.
- Facilitate team on establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for information delivery and management, including Business Intelligence & analytics, content management and data management.
- Ensure high quality standard of multiples service requests including periodic and ad hoc reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual) perform by team in accordance with internal control requirements.
- Provide support on strategic reports in responds to business needs in Asia Pacific context.
**GB Target Efficiencies**:
- Support the transition workstreams by implementing the locally required IT/technology solutions required to enable a transition (non-functional requirements).
- Provide technical expertise during opportunity scoping, present technology recommendations, evaluation and selection process of new HR Technology functionality and vendors, including vendors’ future capabilities.
- Responsible with the assigned Human Resource technology projects, leading the initiatives while serving as a Subject Matter-Expert on specific topics e.g. HR business process, scalable HR solutions implementation, workflow and analytics.
- Ensure the projects/initiatives focus with strong business case (FTE reduction, measurable efficiencies), progress on target and work is accomplished on time and of the highest quality standards.
**Requirements**:
- ** Edu**c**a**t**i**o**n **:University degree or above in Data analytics, Information Technology or another related field
- ** W**o**r**k**in**g **E**x**pe**r**i**e**n**c**e**:
- Minimum 5 years in Technology management within HR strategic partnering, HR program management and HR operations
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills in data mining and modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Wide understanding in quantitative HRIS analysis with demonstrated aptitude in data analytics, queries, metrics, and reporting
- ** T**e**c**hn**i**c**a**l & **P**r**o**f**e**ss**i**o**n**a**l **Knowledge**
- Experience with tool such as Power BI, Visier, Business Warehouse, Tableau and Alteryx
- Exposure to Enterprise Architecture especially SAP platform is a plus
- Knowledge in SQL, Python or R language (basic) is a plus
