As an Interior Designer at Nestron, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the interior design of our prefab tiny houses, ensuring they are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and sustainable. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects/products, all while embracing various design styles, including mínimalistic, futuristic, and modern classic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed interior design proposals, encompassing floor plans, color schemes, furniture selections, and materials.
- Utilize design software to create 2D and 3D visualizations for interior designs.
- Collaborate with architectural designers and engineers involved in the product development process.
- Design tiny living spaces that maximize functionality and sustainability.
- Ensure that designs meet regulatory and compliance standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design concepts into projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for interior design aspects.
- Identify and source materials, furnishings, and items needed for each project, ensuring they align with design specifications and budget constraints.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of related working experience in interior design.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, V-ray, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Creative and passionate about interior design, with a focus on seamless integration between spaces.
- Design styles: Minimalistic, Futuristic, Classic.
- Strong rendering skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong time management abilities.
- **A portfolio showcasing previous interior design projects.**

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
