Barista Supervisor

**Requirements**
- A minimum of 1 year F&B related experiences
- Require min SPM, with Typhoid & KKM Food Handling certified
- Skills in preparing food and beverage, prefer with experience as a barista or service crew
- Outgoing personality, with good customer service skills, willing to learn new knowledge
- Good command of written & spoken in Malay & English
- Willing to work on overtime, weekends & public holidays.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage outlet daily operation - including financial aspects & stock management
- Performs opening and closing duties, stocktake & ordering
- Ensure outlet cleanliness, safety & health, ensure proper service standard & customer satisfaction
- Supervise subordinates, liaise with manager
- Welcoming customers and greeting every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.
- Preparing drinks and serve the drinks to customers, ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and has the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.
- Able to explain all My Cocoanut products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell our products at all times.
- Cleaning and restocking work areas, emptying trash and sanitising equipment and utensils.
- Reports potential safety hazards to the Manager
- Assists in the training of new employees.
- Leads by example.
- Motivates crews to maintain and serve consistent quality products every time.
- Schedules timetable as necessary.
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by manager / management
- On-job-training will be provided

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
