**Summary**:

- Owns and manages strategic relationships with senior business leadership in selected countries or clusters. Understands and anticipates business needs, identifies opportunities and supports prioritization by value management. Represents TT end-to-end in the overall key account management setup and governance. Builds and manages the OneTT Community within the given geography.

**Major accountabilities**:

- Is the trusted advisor/business partner for senior business leaders.
- Drives business expectations and alignment.
- Oversees end-to-end TT delivery of programs and services and is the SPOC as well as th single escalation point for exec-level stakeholders
- Customer satisfaction -Critical services are delivered within agreed service level agreements and adhere to the Novartis IT quality standards.
- Successful delivery of major initiatives in scope of given geography -Customer and internal TT KPIs are met -Yearly budget targets are met -Service resolution insights are analyzed, and outcomes shared; continual improvement team in place to drive and execute opportunities

**Minimum Requirements**:
