WHAT YOU'LL DO

Social Media Content Creation:

- Develop engaging and creative content for our social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Collaborate with the growth marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.

Campaign Management:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, contributing insights to campaign strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

Marketing Operations:

- Support the marketing team in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to data refresh, maintaining marketing databases, and organizing marketing materials.
- Assist in the coordination of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, CRM / CEP, social media, Google Analytics) is preferred.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce creative and original content.

- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine interest in the Insurtech industry and a willingness to learn.
