Field Conductor/supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute all aspects of supervision of oil palm plantation operations within their assigned area.
- Assign and supervise day to day works of workers and contract workers.
- Plan and record all day-to-day works.
- Prepare monthly, weekly and daily work program and report.
- Daily monitoring of workers' attendance and productivity.

**Job Requirements**:

- SPM qualification or higher.
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in oil palm plantation.
- Preferred male aged 40 and below.
- Based in oil palm estates in Sarawak.

**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month
