To ensure the facility is in a clean and orderly condition by carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas including dusting, sweeping, mopping)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks that being assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**:

- Required language(s): Malay, English
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
