Are you a qualified Quantity Surveyor looking for a flexible and rewarding freelance opportunity?

We are a reputable renovation company (design & build) that needs your expertise in preparing quotations, managing contracts, and overseeing project costs.

You will work closely with our team of contractors to ensure the quality and profitability of our projects. You will also have the opportunity to use your skills and knowledge in other tasks related to the Quantity Surveyor role, such as risk analysis, dispute resolution, and value engineering.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field is recommended but not necessary
- At least one year of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge in MS Excel and CAD software is high recommended.

You also need to have your own computer and software, and depending on the situation you will be able to work remotely and independently.

For temporary/freelance position, you will be paid on a per project basis. We look forward to hearing from you soon.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Freelance, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
