**Job Summary**:
To assist IT team at HQ and branch level in managing the company's technology operations and the implementation of new IT systems and policies inclusive;
- Assisting in implementation, design, planning, operation, security and day to day management HQ and Branches.
- Monitoring overall heath & security of all computer networks and servers.
- Responsible for installing, configuring and upgrading network infrastructure and associated devices, diagnosing and troubleshooting both common and unusual network problems performing preventive maintenance on the network, along with monitoring performance on both Local Area Network (LAN) and wide area Network.
- Zero non-performance on the response/acknowledgment of the complaint.
- Responsible for providing user support and assistance on IT-related matters when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the implementation, design, planning, operation, security and day to day management HQ and Branches.
- Ensure day to day IT operation, support and troubleshooting to end user (MAC, Desktop, Laptop) at HQ and Branches.
- Perform periodic system health check and maintenance server, storage and network security devices.
- Ensure secure operations of in-house computer system, server, backup, network connections.
- Responsible for installing, configuring, and upgrading network infrastructure and associated devices, diagnosing and troubleshooting both common and unusual network problems, performing preventive maintenance on the network, along with monitoring performance on both the local area network (LAN) and wide area network.
- Manage Company Network security and Firewall Connection infrastructure (Fortinet 100c)
- Responsible for implementation of new system, solution and installation of hardware, software and networking components.
- Documenting asset inventory, keeping track of version upgrade and software licensing.
- Responsible for Backup solution (Synology RS2212+) Server, File Sharing and end user file.
- Manage QAD Accounting System Server
- 1Preventive Maintenance Management for ICT/ CFMS
- Provide monthly system health check status to management.
- Any other tasks assign by immediate superior/management from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent
- Certification in IT professional qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum 4-5 year working experience in IT related.

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
