Quality Assurance Executive

**Job responsibilities**:

- Manage consumer/customer service-related matters to product complaint and inquiry
- Handling 3rd party documentation request such as customer, exporting countries and regulatory bodies.
- Involvement in food safety quality culture and GMP program
- KPI reporting
- Conduct contractor induction training as trainer, support in document control process & perform activities relevant for this role.

**Job requirements**:

- Able to read, write, speak & understand English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Diploma holder in Food Science, Food Technology or related fields
- Understand ISO documentation requirements, FSSC 22000, including HACCP and GMP requirements.
- Has minimum 1 year working experience in a relevant field
- Technical & functional skills on quality assurance
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
