**Job Requirement**:

- To do cold call, consultation and attend to education fair for student recruitment.
- Developing sales strategies that match educational requirements by promoting College program, product, services and/or ideas.
- Manage and work towards achieving assigned student recruitment target.
- Conducting research & collecting data to identify new sources of student recruitment.
- Campaigning and handle social and/or digital media recruitment channels on assigned region.
- Coordinating internal marketing and student recruitment referral systems.
- Performing other duties as may be assigned by the relevant authorities of the College.
- Generate and implement ideas to increase students recruitment
- Plan and execute leads generation activities
- Collaborate with different departments for events, publications and related campaigns
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities.
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business.
- Ensures each recruitment and admissions process is streamlined for positive customer experience

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder with passion in Sales.
- Knowledge of the Education Industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on planning of sales exhibitions fairs & conduct business previews
- Willing to travel for roadshow/schools.
- Willing to work beyond working hours (if required)
- Energetic & able to work under pressure
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently
- Excellent Communication skills
- This is Sales KPI oriented position, commission is granted for the success placement.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
