Graphic & 3D Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for various events, including but not limited to stage setups, backdrops, signage, digital assets, and promotional materials.
- Utilize 3D design software to create realistic renderings of event layouts, booth designs, and thematic elements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the events management team, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design expertise, and incorporate feedback to achieve desired outcomes.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the design process.
- Remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, adjusting design strategies as necessary to meet evolving client needs and industry trends.
- Stay updated on advancements in design software and techniques, continuously enhancing skills and capabilities to deliver cutting-edge visuals.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across all materials, aligning with the company's brand guidelines and client preferences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and 3D modeling, preferably in the events or entertainment industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Blender).
- Strong conceptualization and visualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Passion for design, creativity, and innovation, with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
