1. Tanggungjawab kesulurahn untuk Kerani untuk Data Entry

i. Tanggungjawab utama kerani data entry ialah menyediakan sokongan dengan pelbagai aktiviti perkeranian dan tugas yang berkaitan.

ii. Kerani data entry bertanggungjawab untuk menjawab panggilan dari pelanggan lalu pindah panggilan tersebut ke jabatan yang sepatutnya, mengedarkan surat ke jabatan sepatutnya dan kerja kerani yang lain.

2. Kerja yang lebih terperinci untuk Kerani Data Entry

i. Memasukan data dalam system

ii. Menjawab panggilan lalu pindah panggilan tersebut ke jabatan yang sepatutnya.

iii. Menyelaras courier service

iv. Mengaturkan dispatch untuk pengumpulan sampel

v. Meyerahkan laporan melalui system

vi. Memantau & memastikan laporan perlu dihantar ikut tempoh yang ditetapkan

vii. Mengatur & failkan borang dengan systematic

viii. Menyusun laporan

3. Standard Pekerjaan

i. Kelayakan akademik

Sekurang-kurangnya tamat pengajian SPM

ii. Pengetahuan

Kecekapan mengunakan computer terutamanya MS Office Suite (Word & Excel)

iii. Keupayaan

a. Kemahiran berkomunikasi dengan baik

b. Bertanggungjawab

c. Kerja tersusun

d. Berupaya mengutamakan kerja yang penting dulu
- e. Boleh multitask

**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month
