Brand Ambassador

**Company information**:
A luxury watch retail group is looking for Watch Specialist that is service-oriented, watch lover and keen to venture into Luxury Retail industry to locate in one of their branch - Penang Gurney or Queensbay

Location: Penang Gurney / Queensbay

Working hours: 930 AM - 10 PM

Working days mode: Work 2 days then REST 1 day (total 10 rest days in a month)

Salary Range: RM 2200 - 3000.00 (Commission can up to RM9000.00 per month)

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop an in-depth understanding of our luxury watch collection, including brands, models, features, and craftsmanship.
- Convey the unique selling points and value propositions of each watch, highlighting their design, materials, movements, and heritage.
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to uncover customer needs and recommend watches that align with their style, preferences, and occasion.
- Proactively assist customers in their decision-making process, providing guidance and product information to help them make informed choices.
- Demonstrate watches with enthusiasm and showcase their features, functionalities, and unique aspects
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain contact with existing clients to nurture ongoing loyalty.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and with a problem-solving mindset.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create eye-catching displays that highlight featured watches and promotions.
- Share insights, successes, and customer feedback with the team to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Assist in organizing and participating in product launch events, workshops, and other promotional activities.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or retail is a plus.
- English is a MUST, Excellent English
- Proven experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service.
- Strong passion for luxury watches and a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
