- Input data into project management software and databases.
- Regularly update records to reflect the latest project developments and changes.
- **Compliance and Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
- Conduct regular audits of documents to check for accuracy and completeness.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
- Distribute and communicate relevant documents to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- **Support and Administration**:

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project-related documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team as needed.
- **Archiving and Retention**:

- Ensure proper archiving of documents at the end of the project or project phase.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
