**Responsibilities**:

- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Repairing or replacing damaged IT hardware.
- Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
- To support system and network engineer on project deployment
- Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
- Providing systems support to users and being the first point of contact for problem reporting.
- Managing technical documentation.

**Job Requirements**
- Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
- Min 1 year of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Punctual to work and good attendance
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Able to run shift
- Fresh graduate encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
