**Job Function**: Sales coordinator/Admin/Receptionist/Secretary

- ** Job Description**: 1. Carry out monitoring and support on the Administrative work assignment at branch level
2. Support to the management staff on general affairs and coordinate human resources activities with headquarters
3. Perform sourcing, negotiation and purchasing activities to support operational basis
4. Coordinate operational in vendors management to meet the service quality provided
5. Assist in Quality documentation work in accordance to the ISO 9001, Internal and External audit involvement.
6. Monitoring and leading the team for productivity and operational improvement
7. Perform any other duties assigned by superior / management.
- ** Requirement**:

- Education Background : Diploma / Degree in any field
- Experience : Min 5 years and above of admin and hr related working experiences
- Skill:

- Proficiency in mandarin speaking and writing
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skill in HR and admin scopes
- ** Other Language**: Mandarin, English
