**Warehouse Manager**

The warehouse manager will oversee safety for inbound warehouse, inventory accuracy, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, Housekeeping, maintenance of equipment’s and tools under inbound and administrative functions for inbound and also liaise and coordinate with 3PLs. He/she will oversee, train, evaluate and reward staff.

To ensure success you need to hand on and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a manner that maximizes efficiency and accuracy. Top applicants are dedicated, competent and have strong leadership skills.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Overseeing receiving, warehousing and 3PL operations.
- Implementing operational policies and procedures.
- Implementing and overseeing security operations.
- Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
- Ensuring safety of staff
- Motivating and disciplining staff
- Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
- Inventory accuracy and conduct cyclecount and lead stock take.
- Assisting with deliveries where required.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least any degree in related field
- 5 - 10 years working experience in warehouse management experience
- Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures
- Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls
- Proficient computer skills especially in excel and ppt.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills
- **Willing to work at Kapar, Selangor**

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
