CNC Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Able to do CNC Milling Programming and machine setting to produce part as per drawing and within specification.
- Interpret technical drawing and perform machining process.
- Responsible of all product issue and troubleshoot on non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and remedy.
- Report production activities & any abnormalities to Production Executive/ Manager.
- Operate a CNC, conventional milling machines, wire-cut or lathe machines.
- Capable to use machine Fanuc Controller
- Able to monitor Machinist Operators to operate CNC machines and continue machining operation
- Maintain production output efficiency, work place's safety & 5S.
- To ensure machines are operating at the highest level of productivity appropriate to the assigned project and parts produced is within required specifications and tolerances

**Qualification & Requirement**:

- Minimum SPM.
- 1 year relevant working experience
- Able to work under pressure and take challenging
- Confident, independent, strong team collaboration and leadership potential
- Able to communicate in Chinese.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English and Malay
