**角色與責任:**
- 提供訂單輸入支援並處理客戶交貨請求。
- 執行資料輸入、銷售訂單並追蹤發貨。
- 回覆並處理客戶有關公司產品的詢問。
- 監控庫存水準並在需要時下訂單。
- 維護和更新庫存報告包括按計劃進行的庫存盤點。
- 為營運和銷售團隊提供必要的支援。
- 接聽來電。
- 執行保持部門平穩運作所需的任何其他任務。

**資格及要求:**
- 至少 2 年銷售協調經驗。
- 良好的時間管理能力。
- 能夠很好的溝通。
- 注意詳情。
- 所需語言:**英語、馬來語和普通話。**精通國語的候選人優先考慮
- 該職位要求候選人與講普通話的客戶打交道。

**其他的:**
- 工作時間:週一至週五(上午 8.30 至下午 5.30)和週六(上午 8.30 至下午 1.00),第二個和第四個週六休息。
- 工作地點:雪蘭莪州雙溪毛糯甘榜巴魯。
