**Duties include but will not be limited to the following**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, advancements, and best practices to ensure the curriculum remains current and relevant.
- Translate complex concepts into accessible and engaging language for learners.
- Incorporate interactive elements, case studies, and practical exercises into COPPA materials to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and coherence in all COPPA documents, adhering to established style guidelines and quality standards.
- Review and revise COPPA materials based on feedback from MQA.
- Stay updated on changes in educational technology approaches to continuously improve curriculum design and delivery.
- Any other duties that are reasonably assigned.

**Desired skills & qualifications**:

- Minimum a master’s degree in related discipline.
- Preferred 2 - 3 years teaching experience or equivalent industry related experience.
- Well verse with MQA requirements and outcome-based education (OBE).
- A valid teaching permit approved by MOHE.
- Proficiency in crafting and implementing adaptable, and innovative teaching, learning, and assessment methodologies.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Well-developed administrative and organisational skills.
- Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
