Prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
- Ensure food consistency is well maintained at all times.
- Conduct checks for quality and presentation of food as according to the standard presentation.
- Assist in monitoring stock movement and balance to maintain adequacy supplies for daily production.
- Ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
- Report any equipment malfunctioning and problem to Sous Chef / Head Chef.
- Ensure the kitchen is in line with the food hygiene and safety practice.
- Ensure misen place and ingredient is well prepared at all time.
- Prepare and bake according to the Pastry Menu.
- Ensure all food preparation are carried out according to standard recipes and operating procedures.
**Job Types**: New-Grad, Full-time
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
