**What’s the role?**

The following are the accountabilities, focusing on activities depending on operational requirements.

**Operational**:
**Reporting & Analysis support**
- Key focal for Corporate Function team on all internal and external management information reporting, including preparation, and coordinate for input collection.
- Support financial analysis by performing first line of analysis, and coordinate with various team to consolidate monthly/quarterly commentaries for external financial reporting.
- Subject matter experts for the General & Administrative (G&A) and Entertainment Baseline database automation, including control/governance compliance, further enhancement and run & maintain.
- Key focal for Corporate Function team in coordinating the process, timeline and all internal/external audit requests including those for JV partners and Production Sharing Contracts
- Complete all assigned budgeting and reporting activities (Annual Plan, Quarterly forecast, monthly cost reporting) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide expertise and financial advice to Business/Line supported
- Provide functional support or input to Business/Line in their day-to-day running of operations
- Provide support to other team members on complex issues using knowledge and experience
- Initiate and lead process or CI improvements
- Resolve and escalate issues timely and effectively
- Comply with team, center, process and global policies and procedures
- Manage effectively interfaces with FO and non-FO stakeholders, build end to end perspective
- Ensure operational and design effectiveness of the controls within areas of responsibility
- Build trust and confidence in cooperation within Finance Operations
- Exceptionally strong team-working across the process area is essential
- Cooperation with multiple stakeholders
- Necessity to constantly update knowledge within finance
- Work in process heavily loaded towards deadlines

**What we need from you?**

**Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:

- Degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional Qualifications with at least 3 years of related work experience
- Able to display strong teamwork focused to deliver results and meeting business needs
- Able to work independently and coordinate with cross teaM/Function stakeholders
- Proactive, able to communicate and present well
- Attention to detail, work with complex data with continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
- Able to work under pressure and highly disciplined in meeting deadlines
- Able to work with Group resources on process streamlining and standardization
- Knowledge of Shell Upstream businesses will be an advantage
- Proficient in written and spoken English
