**Responsibilities**:

- Play a hands-on role in maintenance work includes ACMV, plumping, carpentry and masonry work surrounding the building.
- Monitor and operate chillers system to ensure optimum performance.
- Carry out system reading on all ACMV system and monitor performance of system.
- Conduct preventive maintenance for ACMV equipment.
- To ensure contractor carry out/witness/attend to repair works.
- To attend and follow up on complaints of any breakdown, servicing, repairing and emergency request from tenants.
- Perform inspection and testing to troubleshoot and diagnose defects and repair malfunctioning of HVAC system components.
- To assist in engineering team in carry out general facilities services as and when required.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Minimum diploma in Air Conditioning / Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent.
- At least 3 years technical experience with knowledge in air conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems.
- Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults.
- Able to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends.
- Immediate vacancy available.

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
